• 600g Cauliflower


  1. Cut cauliflower into florets.
  2. Place cauliflower into TM Bowl and chop 10s/ Speed 5, gradually increasing speed to 5. Check that all cauliflower is evenly chopped, and chop a little longer if needed.
  3. To steam, fill TM Bowl with 500g water, place veggie rice into Varoma dish and place Varoma into position, poke a hole in the center to allow steam to escape, and cook 15 mins/ Varoma/ Speed 2. Check that it’s cooked to your liking; if it needs longer, stir, then cook another 5 mins/ Varoma/ Speed 2.
